Return and Refund Policy

BU Fashion Boutique Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with BU Fashion Boutique

We offer refunds for returns made within the first 10 days of your purchase. A postmark date stamp is required on all return and/or refund packaged products. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, no refund will be offered, only store credit up to and no more than 15 days from postmarked date. 

Eligibility for Return/Refund

• Your item must be unused and unworn and in the same condition that you received it.

• The item must be in the original packaging.

• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

• Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

• If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at (contact@bufashionboutique.com). If the item is sold out or no longer available, a comparable item or same or similar purchased price will be given. Please include a photo of damaged and/or defective item upon arrival with your exchange request and send your item with photo/s to:

(Exempt Goods)

The following are exempt from refunds:

• Gift cards

Products not eligible for refund and/or exchange 

• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery and no more than 15 days for store credit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, exchange or store credit.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days. The time frame of refund posted back to your method of payment is based on your bank and/or financial institution. In this case, please inquire with your bank and/or financial institution.

Late or missing refunds

• If you have not received a refund within 5-7 business days from the date your return has been received and approved by BU Fashion Boutique, first check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company  to clarify their time frame on posting refunds once received. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• After all return instruction have been followed and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at (contact@bufashionboutique.com)

Shipping

• Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning on each returned item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to be delivered may vary.
• In order to safeguard your return, signature upon delivery or tracking method is highly suggested and will be at consumer cost.
